We are in the midst of deer hunting season throughout the entirety of the Northeast…make sure to wear your blaze orange while you are walking/hiking out in the woods, meadows, etc., and be sure that your dog(s) have blaze orange on them too. Did you know that White-tailed Deer are functionally color-blind in the red-green spectrum and, as a result, they see blaze orange as a muted brown color, similar to the color of leaf litter.
